What is "psychic"?
The term psychic is often used to mean anyone who has extended capabilities with knowing the future, sensing the ethers around them for information and using forms of divination. Many people lump any and all forms of extended gifts of perception into this category termed "psychics". However, there are many facets of "psychic" gifts that are well defined and of value in specific areas of knowledge. These would include Clairaudience, Clairvoyence, Clairsentience, and Clairomnipotence. They are the gifts of extended (in order) hearing, sight, feelings and knowing. Those with extended gifts may work in several of these facets at one time or in only one of these veins. It is postulated that every human has psychic abilities and that practice and belief in self may unfold the extended gifts that are inherent within us all.

Being someone who has worked with my own extended gift of clairaudience, this has given me vast knowledge about the other gifts as well. Humanity does have these gifts, each one of us, and we can all recount a time when we knew something that had no empirical proof as to how we should have knonw it.
